We focus on sparticles and the pseudoscalar Higgs $A$ at the TeV scale. The off-diagonal element of the (Hu0,Hd0) mass matrix in the flavor basis must be suppressed, and this requires both a large Higgsino mass parameter, mu \\sim TeV, and large tan beta.
