Recently, $k$-Nearest Neighbor Cumulative Distribution Functions ($k{\\rm NN}$-${\\rm CDF}$) were shown to be sensitive probes of cosmological (auto) clustering. In this paper, we extend the framework of nearest neighbor measurements to describe joint distributions of, and correlations between, two datasets.
