However, Fermi surface-resolved experimental data on the evolution of the electronic structure under piezoelectrically applied stress are sparse, with no reports of de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effects under uniaxial stress. Here we present dHvA measurements under $c$-axis uniaxial stress on the unconventional superconductor $\\mathrm{Sr}_2\\mathrm{RuO}_4$.
