Tests on CP, CPT and quantum mechanics have been performed at KLOE operating at the DAFNE e+e- collider. Results on the quantum interference in the channel phi-> KSKL ->pi+pi-pi+pi-, the measurement of the BR(KL ->pi+pi-) and the related CP violating parameter epsilon are presented.
