The final best obtained results are $R_T$(Hg) = $-4.43$\\, [$10^{-20}$ $\\left<\\sigma_N\\right>$ $e$ cm] and $R_T$(Ra) = $-15.0$\\, [$10^{-20}$ $\\left<\\sigma_N\\right>$ $e$ cm].
