In this work, we demonstrate that the characteristic scaling laws of graphene plasmons change for smaller (< 40 nm) plasmonic wavelengths, expanding the operational frequencies of graphene plasmonic resonators into the near-infrared (NIR) and modifying their optical confinement properties.
