At weak electron-spin coupling spin disorder leads to a decrease in resistivity by weakening the quantum interference precursors to Anderson localisation. However, at strong electron-spin coupling, the double exchange limit, magnetic scattering increases the effective disorder, sharply increasing the resistivity.
