We investigate the variation of band-gaps and the Rashba parameter in three different Janus heterostructures having AB-stacked Mo$XY$/W$XY$ ($X$, $Y$ = S, Se, Te; $X\\neq Y$) geometry with a $Y-Y$ interface, using first-principles calculations.
