In this paper, we study an extension of Metric Temporal Logic ($\\mathsf{MTL}$) with two different counting modalities called $\\mathsf{C}$ and $\\mathsf{UT}$ (until with threshold), which enhance the expressive power of $\\mathsf{MTL}$ in orthogonal fashion.
