We extend the Mat\\'ern field formalism to the spatio-temporal domain and introduce a locally anisotropic tensor structure \\(\\Lambda(\\mathbf{x})\\), which encodes direction-dependent correlation scales motivated by Keplerian velocity fields, thereby generating physically informed perturbation structures.
