We derive the field equations that describe gravitational phenomena in the existence of non-metricity and matter source terms. We examine different models of this theory to determine the explicit expressions of matter contents, which are useful for analyzing the wormhole structures. We investigate the existence of feasible traversable wormhole solutions for constant and variable redshift functions.
