Through DFT calculations of structures enumerated by lattice-algebra techniques, we identify the lowest-energy patterns for defect clustering for four separate dopant concentrations. The most stable structures are characterized by a repulsive interaction between nearest-neighbor vacancies on the oxygen sublattice.
