For $\\ell\\in\\mathbb{N}$, an explicit expression for the generating function for these polynomials is obtained. Evaluations of some spectacular integrals involving Chebyshev polynomials, and of a finite sum involving integrals of the Hurwitz zeta function are also obtained.
