Our approach leverages dynamic loop-shifting techniques to compensate for the lack of passivity in the network dynamics and establishes decentralized parametric stability certificates, depending on the local device-level controls and incorporating the effects of the network. By following practical tuning rules, we are able to ensure plug-and-play operation without centralized coordination.
