We show that the collision operator reduces to a Dirac-delta Schr\\\"odinger problem in one spatial dimension, and to a Coulomb Schr\\\"odinger operator with hydrogenic spectrum in three dimensions. Finite spatial wavenumber appears as a perturbation of the associated quantum potential.
