The v$^{even}_{1}$ shows characteristic dependencies on $p_{T}$, centrality, collision system and $\\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}$, consistent with the expectation from a hydrodynamic-like expansion to the dipolar fluctuation in the initial state.
