Unlike the previous approaches in the literature, our method bypasses resolution of singularities and Weierstrass preparation altogether; it transfers the situation to a non-archimedean model, where the quantitative estimates appearing in Lipschitz stratifications are sharpened into valuation-theoretic inequalities.
