A positive answer is known for complete Heyting algebras (i.e., locales) via sheaves, and for Boolean algebras via a construction due to Peter Freyd.\n  We extend Freyd's construction to all \\'etale-finite Heyting algebras, in the sense of Evgeny Kuznetsov.
