When the intra- and inter-orbital Coulomb interactions, $U$ and $U'$, increase with $U=U'$, both the local spin and orbital susceptibilities, $\\chi_{s}$ and $\\chi_{o}$, increase with $\\chi_{s}=\\chi_{o}$ because of the spin-orbital symmetry.
