Simulated clumps are detected using the 3D gas and stellar densities in the VELA zoom-in cosmological simulation suite, with $\\sim \\!\\! 25\\ \\!\\rm{pc}$ maximum resolution, targeting main sequence galaxies at $1\\!<\\!z\\!<\\!3$.
