In this model, we examine the possibility of modulus stabilization. Our result reveals that the non-zero value of \"hidden brane energy density\" is sufficient to stabilize the two brane system. Moreover we scan the parametric space for which the modulus (or radion) is going to be stabilized without sacrificing the conditions necessary to solve the gauge hierarchy problem.
