We propose interval and fuzzy physics-augmented neural networks (iPANNs and fPANNs) for uncertainty-aware hyperelastic constitutive modeling. iPANNs learn sparse lower, mean, and upper free energy density branches whose stresses, obtained by automatic differentiation, ultimately enclose noisy stress observations.
