Zaitseva","submitted_at":"2018-06-19T17:55:29Z","abstract_excerpt":"We construct a multiparametric Tully-Fisher (TF) relation for a large sample of edge-on galaxies from the Revised Flat Galaxy Catalog using HI data from the EDD database and parameters from the EGIS catalog. We incorporate a variety of additional parameters including structural parameters of edge-on galaxies in different bandpasses. Besides the rotation curve maximum, only the HI-to-optical luminosity ratio and optical colours play a statistically significant role in the multiparametric TF relation.
