The processes are simulated with the PYTHIA and MADGRAPH 5 Monte Carlo codes, using the effective photon approximation for the $e^{+}e^{-}$ photon fluxes, at center-of-mass energies $\\sqrt{s} = $ 160 GeV and 240 GeV.
