In addition protein-protein interactions are static diagrams of all the protein-protein interactions in the cell. These interactions may consist of covalent bonding or maybe just secondary bonding such as hydrogen bonding. Given these two surrogate data types we show a technique to compute the Gibbs free energy of a cell.
