This work focuses on the task of building theoretically principled generative models for such data. Current generative models learn $\\mathcal{M}$ by mapping an $m$-dimensional latent variable through a neural network $f_\\theta: \\mathbb{R}^m \\to \\mathbb{R}^n$.
