The parameter sets NL1, NL2, NL3, and HS are employed. The analysis is performed within the framework of the fluctuation-dissipation model with surface friction based on the double-folding approach for the nucleus-nucleus potential. The effective interactions, as well as the resulting potentials, are confronted with the ones obtained using the M3Y NN forces.
