Here, we demonstrate an all-optically tunable nanolaser based on a hybrid dielectric metasurface. The platform integrates a Rhodamine B (Rd B) dye gain medium with a Niobium Pentoxide (Nb2O5) metasurface supporting a high-Q Bound State in the Continuum (BIC) resonance.
