The resulting Dirac equation in an emergent curved spacetime for the spinor $\\psi(z)$ can be efficiently solved using 4th-order Runge-Kutta numerical method by a transformation to a \"suitable\" spinor $\\varphi$ where the resulting Dirac cone looks locally upright.
