Motivated by the weighted sectional curvature framework introduced by Wylie and further developed by Kennard-Wylie-Yeroshkin, we study radial comparison geometry on manifolds with density using a modified Hessian naturally associated with weighted sectional curvature. Under nonnegative weighted sectional curvature together with suitable density control assumptions, we obtain a modified Hessian estimate for the radial function $u = \\frac{1}{2}r^2$.
