We consider the construction of the lepton sector, augmented by two right-handed neutrino states, in the vicinity of the fixed points $\\tau = i\\infty $, $\\tau = i$ and $\\tau \\!=\\!\\omega \\!=\\!-\\frac{1}{2}\\!+\\!i\\frac{\\sqrt{3}}{2}$.
