Our numerical results indicate that the system undergoes a Measurement-induced Phase Transition (MiPT) for ${\\rm d}>1$ from a $\\textit{delocalized}$ to a $\\textit{localized}$ phase as the measurement strength $\\gamma$ is increased beyond a critical value $\\gamma_{c}$.
