The leptoquark parameter space is constrained by using the experimentally measured branching ratios of $B_s \\to l^+ l^-$, $\\bar B \\to X_s l^+ l^- (\\nu \\bar \\nu)$ and $B_u^+ \\to l^+ \\nu_l$ processes.
