Here we propose a driven-dissipative protocol to prepare superconductivity as a stationary state of a two-dimensional moir\\'e heterostructure. The key ingredient is a bilayer moir\\'e platform in which the layer degree of freedom acts as a pseudospin, allowing the pseudospin structure required for pairing to be implemented through optically induced spatial operations.
