In addition to spin$-1/2$ octet baryons, we consider the effect of resonances $\\Delta^{++,+,0,-}, \\Sigma^{*\\pm,0},\\Xi^{*0,-}, \\Omega^{-}$, on the properties of $\\phi$ meson.
