Cryptanalysis of LWE ranges from classical lattice reduction to machine learning and quantum-classical hybrids. We propose CIM-BDD, a hybrid Bounded-Distance-Decoding solver that reduces LWE to a Quadratic Unconstrained Binary Optimization (QUBO) problem through a strictly \\emph{penalty-free} mapping.
