In this short note, it is shown that chaotic inflation with quadratic potential, which perfectly accounts for present fit to $r$ and $n_s$, and relatively heavy Higgs mass for fine-tuned MSSM, are both suggested to be consequences of high-scale supersymmetry (SUSY) breaking.
