Given the extremely high accuracy of our approach, we have adopted the term hyperstatistics. We have applied such a statistical mechanics approach, i.e., hyperstatistics, to the discharge of a capacitor in a RC series circuit, pumping of $^4$He of a closed cycle cryostat, midrapidity data of $p$-Pb collisions at the LHC, as well as for the distribution of accelerations in turbulent systems.
