We use the redshift-dispersion measure (`Macquart') relationship, accounting for the intrinsic luminosity function, cosmological gas distribution, population evolution, host galaxy contributions to the dispersion measure (DM$_{\\rm host}$), and observational biases due to burst duration and telescope beamshape.
