In this paper, following the work Duric \\& Seaquist (1986) at adiabatic phase, we carefully investigate shell-type supernova remnants at radiative phase, and obtain theoretical $\\Sigma$-$D$ relation at radiative phase of shell-type supernova remnants at 1 GHz.
