Pyshkin","submitted_at":"2015-03-13T16:18:37Z","abstract_excerpt":"We prove that there exists a family of quantum systems that can be cooled to their ground states by a one-shot projective measurement on the ancillas coupled to these systems. Consequently, this proof gives rise to the conditions for achieving the one-shot measurement ground-state cooling (OSMGSC).
