It was shown that the particles arranged themselves on discrete radial rings forming a lattice structure. In some cases with the specific number of particles, no static equilibrium was observed; instead, angular rotation of particles positioned at various rings was observed. In a two-ringed structure, it was shown that the direction of rotation was opposite.
