Starkov","submitted_at":"2026-07-16T12:44:30Z","abstract_excerpt":"In two dimensions, the geometric constraints due to Pauli blocking and conservation laws lead to the even-odd effect exhibited by the electron-electron scattering lengths: electron-electron collisions are more efficient at relaxing the even angular harmonics of the distribution function than the odd ones.
