For instance, the phase boundary between ergodic and many-body localized regimes is still under debate. Here, we use Floquet dynamics which can induce many-body localization in a clean long-range interacting system through spatiotemporal disorder, which are realized by regular operation of random local rotations. The phase diagram has been determined for two types of uniform and nonuniform long-range couplings.
