Specifically, we prove a splitting theorem, analogous to the Cheeger-Gromoll splitting theorem, for complete K\\\"ahler manifolds with non-negative mixed curvature containing a line, and then establish a structure theorem for compact K\\\"ahler manifolds with non-negative mixed curvature.
