We analytically show a proof for the condition to observe this exceptional phenomenon, based on a transparent window emerging from a geometrical condition. We support our theoretical prediction by numerical simulations and direct experimental observation of the transmission probabilities of the light in a femtosecond laser-written diamond-dot photonic lattices.
