We constrain this scenario by jointly modeling prompt and inverse-Compton $\\gamma$ rays from MSP-injected $e^\\pm$ on the Galactic bulge, using recent Fermi-LAT GCE spectra from state-of-the-art interstellar emission models and data analysis.
