Through kinetic mixing, hidden photons induce a weak oscillating electric field above $10\\,\\mathrm{GHz}$. We propose to amplify this signal using a compact high-frequency distributed cavity and detect it with chip-scale Rydberg-atom superheterodyne spectroscopy.
