Here we use a transverse electric field as a discriminating probe of photocarrier dynamics in bulk-insulating Sb-doped Bi2Se3 nanoribbons, combining scanning photocurrent microscopy (SPCM) with ultrafast transient photovoltage (TPV) measurements.
