This operator enjoys remarkable nonlocal properties, such as the unique continuation and Runge approximation. Based on these tools, we can uniquely determine bounded potentials using the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map. Additionally, we can build a constructive uniqueness result by utilizing the monotonicity method.
